If you have a preference regarding which practitioner you would like to see, please indicate this on the enquiry form. If you have no preference, please include a brief description of the problem you need help with, which will help us determine the best practitioner for you.

Fees

Our practitioners’ fees vary for clinical, supervision and consultancy services.
Initial appointments may be longer and incur a higher fee. Payment in full is due on the day of consultation.

Acc Funded Services

There may be ACC funding options available for clients who have experienced physical injury and/or sexual trauma.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will be charged for.

Your rights and our practitioners’ responsibilities

The New Zealand Code of Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights establishes the rights of consumers and the obligations and duties of providers to comply with the Code. Our practitioners practise in accordance with the Code of Ethics for practitioners working in New Zealand.
